Aligarh Movement: Global Phenomenon (Firoz Ahmad Ansari)
John F. Kennedy once said, “A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but the idea lives on”. In the context of Indian Muslims, this is the idea of education that excels beyond the borders, the idea of traditions that usher you to the world of culture, the idea of confidence that ferry you from ignorance to the brilliance, the idea of devotion that connects you to the divine lord, the idea of discipline that propels you towards a sturdy future, the idea of excellence that murals a saga of success, the idea of patriotism where perseverance led to the freedom, the idea of secularism where Hindu and Muslims feed in a single plate, the idea of creativity where minds emanate history, and the idea of loyalty where words come out from the depth of truth… and the idea is called The Aligarh Movement. Aligarh Movement produced a number of luminaries in different fields.
